IGPR: Constanta County ports, closed for sea and river traffic
All ports in Constanta County - Midia, Mangalia, Constanta South, Constanta North and the Danube-Black Sea Canal are closed for sea and river traffic, informs the Infotrafic Centre of the Romanian Police Inspectorate General (IGPR).
According to the source, the ports have been closed for traffic because of the strong winds. AGERPRES
