Dacic is calling a referendum on changing the Constitution of Serbia
As previously announced by the Speaker of the National Assembly, the referendum will most likely be announced for January 16.
Referendum question designed: Serbian citizens should provide answer to this question
According to RTS, the question is: "Are you in favor of confirming the act on changing the constitution of the Republic of Serbia?"
The proposal was sent to the Republic Election Commission, which should give an opinion on it.

Vučić returned the Law on Waters to the Assembly
He did that because the law in question is not in accordance with the constitutional and legal order of the Republic of Serbia.
As a reminder, Vui commented on the Law on Waters in Brussels on Monday, and then pointed out that his signature depends on whether the law is in accordance with the Constitution.

Amendments tabled to help foreign students
Ljubljana – A group of 40 MPs led by the Left has tabled legislation revoking the requirement that foreign students must provide upfront proof of sufficient funding for their entire stay in Slovenia, which was enacted in May and has reportedly led to many students being unable to get temporary residency permits.

Ljubljana – The National Assembly passed on Wednesday amendments to the communicable diseases act after the Constitutional Court declared parts of the act and by extension the measures introduced during the epidemic unconstitutional.

The Assembly supported the Proposal to change the Constitution
Earlier today, Prime Minister Ana Brnabi stated that the topic of the rule of law is extremely important for the government and that is why she is determined to implement changes to the Constitution so that the judiciary would be independent, more responsible and more efficient.
Referendum on changes to water act to be held on 11 July

Military investment act cleared by Constitutional Court
