Amendments to Laws on Judges, Public Prosecution adopted
BELGRADE - The Serbian parliament adopted Wednesday the amendments to the Laws on Judges and on Public Prosecution which stipulate that judges and prosecutors have to end their service when they reach 65 years of age.
The amendments repealed an earlier provision, which had forced judges and prosecutors to retire after 40 years of service.

Govt adopts draft laws on privatisation and bankruptcy
BELGRADE - The Serbian government adopted on Sunday the bills of amendments to the second set of reform laws, including the laws on privatisation and bankruptcy procedure, and forwarded them to the parliament for debate and adoption on urgent procedure.
