ABU DHABI - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Tuesday 30 pct of the national defence industry's output must stay in Serbia.
Serbian GDP up 2.3 pct in 2022, to grow 2 pct in 2023 - EBRD
LONDON - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has revised its economic outlook for the Western Balkan region, estimating that Serbia's GDP was up by 2.3 pct in 2022 and would grow by 2 pct in 2023.
In a statement, the EBRD said the 2023 projection was a 1.3 pct downgrade from its previous report, released in September last year.
Giaufret: Agreement concrete example of EU solidarity towards Serbia
BELGRADE - The head of the EU Delegation to Serbia Emanuele Giaufret said on Tuesday a new financial agreement on EU support to Serbia's energy sector was a concrete example of EU solidarity that would help vulnerable families and entrepreneurs deal with the energy crisis.
Djurovic: Pristina's CoE membership bid not discussed on Wednesday
STRASBOURG - The so-called Kosovo's Council of Europe (CoE) membership application was not discussed at Wednesday's CoE Committee of Ministers meeting, Serbian Ambassador to the CoE Aleksandra Djurovic told Tanjug.
She said the meeting, concluded at around 3 pm, had addressed other topics.
"It was not a topic that was included in the agenda," he said.
Serbia, Hungary committed to cooperation in energy
BELGRADE - After a meeting in Belgrade, Serbian Minister of Mining and Energy Dubravka Djedovic and Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Peter Szijjarto confirmed their countries' commitment to a partnership in further development of cooperation in multiple fields of the energy sector.

Vucic to meet with Lajcak on Monday evening
BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic will meet with the EU special representative for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue Miroslav Lajcak in Belgrade on Monday evening.
The meeting, which will take place at Vila Mir, is scheduled to begin at 7 pm, the presidential press office said in a statement.
