Scottish shop's sweets head to Oscars
In a storyline improbable enough for Hollywood, a vegan chocolatier in a remote Scottish port town has made the confectionery to be given to silver screen icons at next month's Oscars.
Fiona McArthur's luxury chocolates will be handed out to Bradley Cooper, Emma Stone and other VIPs at cinema's biggest annual night, with each nominee in the main categories to be treated to a box.

Fine wine from the old varieties of Naxos
A unique wine produced from vineyards on the Cycladic island of Naxos that will be sold for 550 euros per bottle is expected to be released within the next month. The bottles, numbering only 1,050, will be distributed by hand to people who have a special interest in wine - and of course who can pay the steep price.

Haute cuisine pioneer named Gault&Millau’s Slovenian chef of the year
Janez Bratovž of JB Restaurant in Ljubljana has been named Slovenian chef of the year by the French restaurant guide Gault&Millau and his restaurant was added to the ten that received the highest accolade, the four toques.
"If you've ever eaten well in a Slovenian restaurant, Janez Bratovž certainly contributed to that," the restaurant guide said.
Open Kitchen back in town
The new season of Ljubljana's hugely popular outdoor food market known as Open Kitchen starts on 17 March, featuring more than 50 stalls serving both traditional Slovenian cuisine and foreign culinary delights.
For the 11th year running, visitors will be able to treat their taste buds in Pogačar Square next to Ljubljana's central market every Friday between 10am and 9pm.
