'Matei Bals' fire/'Marius Nasta' Hospital manager: Four patients transferred here, two in serious condition
Four patients - two women and two men - ages between 62 and 89 were transferred from the blaze-hit "Matei Bals" Institute to the "Marius Nasta" Institute, following the fire that broke out Friday morning at the Bucharest Covid-19 hospital; two of them are in a severe condition, said the manager of the "Marius Nasta" Institute, Beatrice Mahler.

Ecumenical Patriarch Vartholomeos was vaccinated against the novel coronavirus at a public hospital of Istanbul on Thursday.
Vartholomeos thanked the medical and nursing staff for their efforts and sacrifice in helping patients with Covid-19.
He also wished for the vaccination of as many people as possible around the world to stem the spread of the deadly virus.

Bulgaria’s Vice President Tested Positive for Coronavirus
Vice President Iliana Yotova has coronavirus, the press office of the presidency reported. She tested positive for Covid-19 today.
She is in good general condition with mild symptoms. Tests were also taken from her closest associates, which were negative.
More than 800 new Covid-19 infections recorded for second day
Greek health authorities confirmed 858 new coronavirus infections on Wednesday, raising the total number of cases to 154,083.
This was the second day in a row that the number of new cases have been above the 800-mark.
Of these new infections, just 11 were reported at the country's entry points.

Greek health authorities reported 842 new coronavirus infections on Tuesday, pushing the total number of cases to 153,226.
Of these new cases, 13 were reported at the country's entry points.
There were 283 intubated patients on Tuesday, with a median age of 68, according to data from the daily bulletin of the National Organization for Public Health (EODY).
