Police investigating German woman’s death as homicide after autopsy reveals she was shot
Police in the central Greek region of Magnisia on Wednesday announced the start of a homicide investigation into the death of a 58-year-old woman from Germany, who was spending her holidays with her husband in Greece at Milina, in the mountains of Pelion.
Anne Heche’s death ruled accidental after fiery car crash
Actor Anne Heche died from inhalation injury and burns after her fiery car crash and the death was ruled an accident, according to coroner's results released on Aug. 17.
Heche, 53, also had a fractured sternum caused by "blunt trauma," according to information on the website of the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner.
Body found in canal near Larissa
Police are probing the cause of death of a woman whose body was found in an irrigation canal in the region of Platykambos near Larissa in central Greece on Monday.
According to comments by coroner Roubini Leontari to the Athens-Macedonian News Agency, clothes found at the scene suggested that the deceased was probably an elderly woman.

Firefighters in Xanthi find burnt body
Police in Xanthi, northern Greece, on Wednesday were investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a woman whose charred body was found on the premises of a derelict factory on Tuesday afternoon.
According to sources, a passer-by alerted the fire service about a fire at the factory and firefighters arrived to find the body in flames.
