Balkan tourists packing their camper vans for northern Greece
In Gevgelija, North Macedonia, Alexander Alexov is preparing to make the road trip to Greece. The border between the two countries reopens on June 15, which means he will be able to travel to the Halkidiki peninsula. Over the past 30 years, Alexov has spent most summers at the Armenistis campsite in Sithonia.

Hundreds of Covid-19 tests planned for Xanthi after ‘continuing infections'
Greek health authorities will run hundreds of molecular tests on residents of the wider area of the regional unit of Xanthi, northeastern Greece, starting on Thursday, as part of a targeted plan to eliminate "continuing infections in the last few days," General Secretariat for Civil Protection announced on Thursday.

NGO sued over Lesvos post
The Regional Authority of the Northern Aegean said on Monday that it was taking legal action against a nongovernment organization called Moria Corona Awareness Team after it referred to "the Greek side of the island" of Lesvos in a post on its Facebook page last Thursday, thereby implying that there is a non-Greek side of the island.
