Bulgarian Court decided: Vasil Bozhkov will be under House Arrest and will have an Electronic Bracelet
The Sofia Court of Appeal released businessman Vasil Bozhkov under house arrest. The implementation of the measure will be monitored with an electronic bracelet.
The decision is final.
Vasil Bozhkov entered the courtroom to loud applause from supporters this morning, where a three-member panel of the Sofia Court of Appeal was deciding whether to leave him in custody.
Drummer found guilty in one of four child abuse cases
A well-known drummer who had previously played with popular Greek bands was found guilty by the Athens Mixed Jury Court in one of four cases of sexual abuse of underage girls filed against him.
The court handed him a four-year suspended sentenced, acknowledging two mitigating factors, as requested by his defense, of previous lawful life and good behavior following the offense.
