COVID-19 in Bulgaria: Almost 10,000 New Cases in the Last 24 hours

9,874 are the new cases of coronavirus in our country during the last 24 hours, the data of the Unified Information Portal showed.

615 are the new cases that were hospitalized. 84% of them have not been vaccinated. A total of 5,164 patients are currently hospitalized with coronavirus. 547 of them are in intensive care units.

The new cases of coronavirus in our country for the past 24 hours are 5643 with 41 613 tests performed, the data from the Unified Information Portal show.

The total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus infection in Bulgaria is 587,765. The active cases are 90,543.

Week-on-week coronavirus case count more than doubles to 1,500

Ljubljana – Almost 1,500 new coronavirus cases were confirmed in Slovenia on Saturday in what is an increase of 138% week-on-week, while the positivity rate increased on a daily basis by more than three percentage points to 33.5%, the National Institute of Public Health (NIJZ) reported.

Number of coronavirus cases up nearly 30% week-on-week

The figure compares to only 489 cases recorded on Saturday last week, which makes for a 29% weekly rise.

Week-on-week decline in coronavirus cases, positivity rate up

Ljubljana – A week-on-week drop in coronavirus cases was recorded on Friday as 993 cases were confirmed in almost 5,000 tests for a positivity rate of 19.9%, almost two percentage points more than a week before. Both the seven-day average and the 14-day incidence per 100,000 people were down.
