COVID-19 in Bulgaria: Almost 10,000 New Cases in the Last 24 hours
9,874 are the new cases of coronavirus in our country during the last 24 hours, the data of the Unified Information Portal showed.
615 are the new cases that were hospitalized. 84% of them have not been vaccinated. A total of 5,164 patients are currently hospitalized with coronavirus. 547 of them are in intensive care units.

The new cases of coronavirus in our country for the past 24 hours are 5643 with 41 613 tests performed, the data from the Unified Information Portal show.
The total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus infection in Bulgaria is 587,765. The active cases are 90,543.
Week-on-week coronavirus case count more than doubles to 1,500
Ljubljana – Almost 1,500 new coronavirus cases were confirmed in Slovenia on Saturday in what is an increase of 138% week-on-week, while the positivity rate increased on a daily basis by more than three percentage points to 33.5%, the National Institute of Public Health (NIJZ) reported.
6.748 newly infected, the greatest number of dead so far
60 people died.
There are 282 patients on respirators.
Epidemiologist and member of the Crisis Staff, Dr Branislav Tiodorovic, said that doctors suggested switching to online classes for at least ten days, but as that proposal was not adopted, he does not expect the epidemiological situation to stabilize since the number of infected children is growing in Serbia.
Surge in case count, positivity rate
Ljubljana – The curve of coronavirus infections in Slovenia is pointing up again after having flatlined in early October. On Sunday, 364 cases were confirmed, almost double the figure of a week ago, with the positivity rate above 25% for the third day in a row, the latest official data show.

Number of coronavirus cases up nearly 30% week-on-week
Ljubljana – A total of 632 new coronavirus cases were confirmed with PCR tests in Slovenia on Saturday, as the epidemic’s curve continues to rise, a trend recorded earlier this week, shows data by the National Institute of Public Health (NIJZ). The figure compares to only 489 cases recorded on Saturday last week, which makes for a 29% weekly rise.

Ljubljana – Slovenia logged 1,081 new coronavirus infections on Wednesday in what is an 11% increase week-on-week, show fresh figures released by the National Institute of Public Health (NIJZ). The test positivity rate stood at 20.1% yesterday.

Week-on-week decline in coronavirus cases, positivity rate up
Ljubljana – A week-on-week drop in coronavirus cases was recorded on Friday as 993 cases were confirmed in almost 5,000 tests for a positivity rate of 19.9%, almost two percentage points more than a week before. Both the seven-day average and the 14-day incidence per 100,000 people were down.
Over 1,000 coronavirus cases Monday as downward trend preserved
Ljubljana – Slovenia recorded 1,037 new coronavirus cases on Monday as the slow decline in the curve of infections continues, data from the National Institute of Public Health shows. Nine Covid-19 patients died.
