Three-Quarters of France's Population has already been Vaccinated against COVID-19

France has fully vaccinated three-quarters of its population against coronavirus, according to official data released today, DPA reported.

Despite the large number of people who have gone through the full vaccination cycle, there is still concern for the elderly and vulnerable populations, who are most likely to have complications if they become infected with the coronavirus.

Turkey to start administering Pfizer-BioNTech booster shots

Turkey's health minister announced on Nov. 3 that the country will start administering booster shots of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine to people who received their second doses at least six months ago.

In a written statement following a meeting of the country's medical advisory council, Fahrettin Koca said the booster shots would be administered as of Thursday.
