Prosecutor Dubravko Campara told the Bosnian state court on Tuesday that it is requesting a one-month custody remand for Hamza Cardaklija, who it accuses of posting a comment on social media in which he mentioned shootings in schools in the US and allegedly said that he would do the same in the Sarajevo area.

The Norwegian National Security Authority announced that two people were arrested in parallel in Oslo and in Bulgaria on suspicion of involvement in a terrorist organization.

Maribor – The Maribor Higher Court has quashed the December 2021 ruling sentencing to life in prison Silvo Drevenšek, who pleaded guilty to murdering his former spouse and her parents in front of his four-year-old son on Christmas Eve 2020. The court has made the decision because six instead of five judges ruled on the case.

The Dobrich District Court has kept in custody the captain of the ship "Vera Su".

According to the court, a reasonable assumption can be made that he was involved in the crime for which he is accused and is in danger of absconding, given that he is a foreign citizen and does not have a permanent address in Bulgaria.

The appeal was upheld and he was remanded in custody.
A spokeswoman for the First Basic Court in Belgrade, Bojana Stankovi, specified for Tanjug that the decision of the panel changed the decision of the judge for the previous procedure and ordered detention for up to 30 days for L.G., which will count from the day and hour of imprisonment.
