A European arrest warrant has been issued for former Croatian Serb leader Milan Martic, who is serving a war crimes sentence in Estonia, accusing him of bombing two Croatian towns.
Metropolitan Porfirije of Zagreb-Ljubljana enthroned
ZAGREB - Newly-appointed Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC) Metropolitan of Zagreb-Ljubljana Porfirije was enthroned in the Cathedral of the Transfiguration of the Lord in Zagreb on Sunday, Croatian Radiotelevision reported.
SPC Patriarch Irinej presided the solemn hierarchal liturgy.

BELGRADE -- Serbian Finance Minister Lazar Krstić said on Tuesday that he believes a revision of the country's budget will be adopted in August or in mid-September.
