Coalition of Refugee Assocition supports Serbia’s legal team
BELGRADE - The Coalition of Refugee Associations in the Republic of Serbia said in a release Sunday that it supports the request made by Serbia's agent at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) Sasa Obradovic to declare Operation Storm, a 1995 military offensive carried out by the Croatian armed forces, a genocide against the Serbian people.

BELGRADE -- Croatia "will not use bilateral issues to impose conditions" on Serbia during the country’s negotiations on EU membership, Gordan Markotić has said.
Croatia's ambassador to Serbia explained that these issues "include border demarcation on the Danube and mutual genocide charges."

Serbia did not commit genocide
BELGRADE - The Coalition of Refugee Association stated on Saturday it was not true that Serbia had committed a genocide in Croatia or that a genocide had been committed in its name, which is what head of the Croatian legal team had said before the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
