UK Court Backs Agrokor Chief's Extradition to Croatia
London's Westminster Magistrates Court on Monday ruled that there are no legal obstacles for Ivica Todoric, owner of indebted food and retail company Agrokor, to be extradited to Croatia.
Media reported on Monday that, under UK law, Todoric's lawyers had failed to prove that he was a victim of political persecution in his home country.

Serbian businessman eyes part of failed Croatian giant
"Agrokor is a big company, with big assets, it will definitely not remain in the form of one company. We are monitoring the settlement and, accordingly, it will certainly be sold. We will be a big investor in the agricultural processing part," the Serbian businessman told Croatia's RTL, Tanjug is reporting on Tuesday citing seebiz.eu.
