Cuban transfer of presidential duties

HAVANA - Through the Space Age, the fall of the Berlin Wall and the Internet era, Cubans held one constant: A Castro ruled the nation.

That is about to change.

The President of the State Council and the Council of Ministers of Cuba, Raul Castro, confirmed to Parliament that he would withdraw from office in April 2018.
