Foreign Ministry target of cyberattack
Slovenia's Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs was targeted by a cyberattack on 7 April. It said appropriate security protocols had been launched while the scale of the attack was still being assessed.
The ministry told the STA they had detected the attack together with partners. The staff continue to work as normal.

More than 138,000 cyber attacks were prevented in 2022, Transport and Infrastructure Minister Adil Karaismailoğlu has announced.
In his written statement on cyber security studies, a total of 138,445 cyber attacks were prevented last year, while in the last six-year period, the number of blocked cyber attacks reached 664,263.

Police raid home in Predator spyware case
Officers from the police's cybercrime division have raided the home of a female suspect connected to the Predator spyware scandal.
The suspect, who was not named, was reportedly an employee and shareholder of Intellexa, the Athens-based company that sells the tracking software.
