Funeral of F-4 co-pilot held in Tripoli
The funeral of a Hellenic Air Force officer aboard the two-seater F-4E Phantom II fighter jet that crashed in the Ionian Sea on Monday was held at the Peloponnesian city of Tripoli on Thursday.

The Greek Republic on Monday demonstrated that it has nothing to fear from its past and its history. The funeral of the former king, Constantine II, was a smooth and dignified affair, without exhibitions of division.
After all, the Greek monarchy's chapter in the country's history ended once and for all 49 years ago.

Former king’s funeral to take place on Monday
The funeral service of Constantine, the former and last king of Greece, will take place on Monday at the Athens Metropolitan Cathedral according to a release on Wednesday. The former king will later be buried as a private citizen in Tatoi.
The time of the funerary service as well as the length of time the body will lie in state will be determined at a latter date.

Ex-king will not be granted a state funeral, government says
Greece's former king Constantine II, who died on Tuesday aged 82, will not be granted a state funeral, the government said Wednesday.
A funeral and a memorial service will be held at the former royal family's summer palace of Tatoi, northwest of Athens, where his ancestors are also laid to rest. There was no announcement on the date of the funeral.
