Three people were detained yesterday because they smoked marijuana in front of the National Assembly, FOCUS reported.

The event organised on social media, which gathered many people before parliament, was a protest against the criminalization of marijuana use.

Decriminalization of the possession and cultivation of small quantities of marijuana for personal needs will make NGOs to protest for another year.
 

The head of the German police union BDC Andre Schultz has called for the use of cannabis to be decriminalized, the Associated Press reported.

Demonstrators will be demanding an end to legal prosecution for people possessing and growing cannabis for personal use.

They will also go further, calling for the use of cannabis to allowed for medical purposes.
