Greece's Supreme Court Public Prosecutor Isidoros Dogiakos ordered an investigation into a cyber-attack on the data bank providing the school exam questions, with the assistance of the Police's Cyber Crime Unit.

The Education Ministry has announced that it has fallen victim to the largest cyberattack in the country's history, with distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks being aimed at its centralized high school examination platform.

The Education Ministry says it has been targeted in a cyberattack described as the most extensive in the country's history, aimed at disabling a centralized high school examination platform.

Greece's top prosecutor ordered an investigation into two cyber attacks targeting a state-run exam platform on Tuesday morning, which has disrupted the end-of-year exams taking place in high schools around the country. 

Account data of administration employees was on the "dark web". And many of the administrations still provide contact emails, outside of the state ones. This is recorded in the annual report of the Ministry of e-Government on the state of information resources for last year. The document was accepted by the caretaker cabinet a week ago.

The first report on cyber threats in Bosnia and Herzegovina has said the country is facing millions of cyber attacks each month, while lacking the strategies, legislation and capacity to protect its citizens, institutions and companies.

CIRT is a unit within the Ministry of Public Administration engaged in the handling of information security incidents within the IP address space.

There is no unregulated access to personal data after the attacks against several government websites today, reports the General Directorate "Fighting Organized Crime" (GDBOP).

Romania's government announced a series of cyberattacks on websites of key public institutions, including the government and the Defence Ministry, on Friday.

Continuous hacker attacks have managed to block the online population census in Bulgaria, which began on Tuesday. On the third day, the system was down due to another large-scale denial-of-service (DoS) attack.
