Shell sells Attica Gas stake to DEPA
The deal for the transfer of a 49 percent stake in Attica Gas Corporation from Shell to Public Gas Corporation (DEPA) was finally signed on Friday. The price that will be paid is 150 million euros.

DEPA looks set to buy Shell's Attica Gas stake
The Energy Ministry expects on Friday to close the deal between Public Gas Corporation (DEPA) and Shell for the acquisition by the Greek gas company of the Dutch group's stake in Attica Gas Corporation. The process is already behind the schedule provided for in an agreement between Minister Giorgos Stathakis and Greece's creditors.

Eni to take full ownership of Thessaloniki-Thessaly Gas
Greece's biggest gas company DEPA said on Wednesday it had agreed to sell its holding in a local gas supplier to Italy's Eni for 57 million euros.
Under the agreement, state-controlled DEPA will sell its 51 percent stake in Thessaloniki-Thessaly Gas.
Eni already holds a 49 percent stake in that company.

Alternative plan for privatization of DEPA
Greece on Wednesday presented an alternative proposal to privatize its gas utility DEPA to its international lenders, hoping to reach an agreement later this week, its energy minister said.
