Diddy has filed a third appeal, seeking to be released from jail before his trial.

Sources told People on Thursday that the 54-year-old rapper, Sean “Diddy” Combs, is under observation after being denied bail.

Sean Diddy Combs is facing charges of extortion, trafficking, and coercing women into prostitution, just hours after his arrest in New York.

The Manhattan arrest follows investigations conducted at two of his properties in Los Angeles and Miami in March as part of a “trafficking investigation.”
