BELGRADE - Partizan Belgrade failed to reach the UEFA Champions League playoffs after a 2-2 (2-2) draw against Bulgarian champions Ludogorets Razgrad in the second leg of the 3rd qualifying round in Belgrade late Wednesday.

The match, attended by a crowd of around 20,000 at the Partizan Stadium, was officiated by referee Alexey Kulbakov of Belarus.
