Greece appoints new envoys to Washington, Ankara

Greece's Foreign Ministry appointed Ekaterini Nassika as the country's new ambassador to Washington and Theodoros Bizakis as new envoy to Ankara, it was announced on Thursday.

Nassika previous post was ambassador to the Russian Federation, while Bizakis was Minister Counselor-Deputy Chief of Mission at the Greek embassy in Washington. 

Bulgaria supports the EU Delivery of 1 Million Projectiles to Ukraine

Bulgaria is among the member states of the European Union that support the delivery of 1 million 155 caliber projectiles to Ukraine for a total value of 1 billion euros, diplomatic sources told the National Radio.

The text of the agreement is almost ready after yesterday's meeting of the ambassadors of the member countries.

The standing committees on foreign policy of the Senate and the Deputies' Chamber gave the green light, unanimously (15 votes 'in favour'), for George Ciamba's appointment as Romania's Ambassador to the Hellenic Republic.
