Djilas: We will request police probes into residence registrations
BELGRADE - Freedom and Justice Party leader Dragan Djilas announced on Tuesday the opposition Serbia Against Violence coalition would request police probes into residence registrations in Belgrade municipalities and that protests against alleged electoral fraud would be continued.
Meeting between Vučić and Djilas scheduled for today
The meeting will be held today, April 11, starting at 4 p.m.
Earlier, it was announced from the president's office that the conversation between the president of the SNS and Serbia, Aleksandar Vui, and the leader of the SSP (Freedom and Justice Party), Dragan Djilas, about the Belgrade elections will most likely take place on Monday, April 11.

After EU parliamentarians' draft proposals to improve the fairness of elections in Serbia were leaked to media, the head of the Party of Freedom and Justice, former Belgrade mayor Dragan Djilas, said on Wednesday that his party will not agree to them.

Opposition MPs Miladin Sevarlic and Dveri leader Bosko Obradovic began a hunger strike, and two SNS MPs, Aleksandar Martinovic and Sandra Bozic, joined in front of the National Assembly on Sunday.

They point out that it is a continuation of the violence policy, which is the exact image of the Alliance for Serbia (SzS).
SNS Member of the Presidency and Councilor in the Belgrade City Assembly Vladimir Orlic said that it was a "political orgy" organized in front of Vesic's house by "Ljotic's followers by profession, hooligans by nature and thieves by habit".

Serbia Arrests Business Associate of Opposition Politician
Police on Wednesday arrested Jovan Stojanovic, the director of Direct Media, a company formerly owned by opposition leader Dragan Djilas, and two employees of Serbian public broadcaster Radio Television of Serbia, RTS on suspicion of defrauding the state of more than five million euros.

They were arrested on the order of the Organized Crime Prosecutor's Office.
Another person is being suspected of the same crime, former director of "Direct Media", who is abroad and a search warrant has been issued for her.
