High risk of fire in four regions on Monday
A very high risk of fire (risk category 4) is predicted on Monday in four regions of Greece, according to the Fire Risk Prediction Map issued by the Ministry of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection.

High fire risk forecast for Sunday in five regions
Greek authorities have issued a fire hazard warning for five regions on Sunday, as high temperatures continued to spark wildfires in several parts of the country.
According to the prediction map published by the Civil Protection Agency, the regions are considered to be at very high risk of wildfires, ranking at Level 4 (orange) out of a maximum of 5.

‘Kleon’ to see temperature highs of 41 degrees Celsius on Saturday
"Kleon," the scorching heatwave currently sweeping across the country, is set to continue on Saturday, with meteorologists predicting highs of 41 degrees Celsius in many areas of the country.
The pick up in the wind, which will reach force 7 in the Aegean from Sunday to Wednesday, will cause temperatures to drop slightly.

Kavala to host Αthena International Olive Oil Competition in May
The annual Αthena International Olive Oil Competition (Athena IOOC) will be held in Kavala, northeastern Greece from May 4 to 6, it was announced this week.
