Parl't adopts lex specialis for Belgrade Waterfront project
BELGRADE - The Serbian parliament has adopted a lex specialis for the Belgrade Waterfront project, which will govern the expropriation procedure and building permit issuance, prerequisites for implementing this project that will change the face of downtown area of the Serbian capital on the River Sava.
