Turkey offers help to resolve Suez Canal blockage
Turkey offered Egypt to send the Nene Hatun vessel to help its operations in reopening the Suez Canal after a massive container ship ran aground, Transport Minister Adil Karaismailoğlu told private broadcaster NTV on March 26.
"We have offered help, and we'll send aid if they come with a positive response," he said.

Defense minister in Egypt for meetings with Sisi, Zaki
Defense Minister Nikos Panagiotopoulos is paying an official visit to Egypt from Thursday to Saturday.
In Cairo, Panagiotopoulos WILL meet with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and then with his Egyptian counterpart, General Mohamed Zaki.

Former President Hosni Mubarak, who ruled Egypt for 30 years, died on Feb. 25 at the age of 91 after undergoing treatment in intensive care following surgery.
The former air force officer will be buried in a military funeral but the timing was still unclear, a military source told Reuters.

All Anadolu Agency staffer released after detention in Egypt
All of Anadolu Agency staffers, who were detained by Egyptian police earlier this week, were released, said the agency head on Jan. 19.
"All our staff members, detained in Egypt on Jan. 14 have been released," Anadolu Agency Director-General Şenol Kazancı said.
On Jan. 14 evening, Egyptian police raided the Cairo office of Anadolu Agency and detained four employees.
