Bulgaria's SAC Orders Recount of Referendum Ballots
The Supreme Administrative Court has proceeded with the second lawsuit filed by Slavi Trifonov for disputing the results of the referendum held on December 6, reported Dnevnik daily.
The complaint was filed against the results announced by the Central Election Commission.

Commission to parties: Don't expect us to recount ballots
The deputy president of the Republic Electoral Commission (RIK) said on Tuesday that the commission should not be expected to recount the election.
However, Miladin Kovacevic noted that "all parties can carry out controls" when it comes to the ballots cast in Sunday's early parliamentary vote in Serbia.
