Turkey to have liberal constitution: President Erdoğan
Turkey's new constitution will be encompassing and liberal, the nation's president vowed on March 4.
"We will achieve for Turkey an encompassing, explicit, democratic, and liberal constitution that will guide its march into the coming century,"
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan told an extended provincial heads meeting of his ruling Justice and Development AKP via video link.

Turkey releases COVID-19 statistics by city
Turkey's health minister on Feb. 26 announced the cities in Turkey where over the last week the number of COVID-19 cases rose or fell the most.
On Twitter, Fahrettin Koca said the cities where the number of cases fell the most per 100,000 people are Bayburt (northeastern Turkey), Erzincan (eastern), Trabzon and Karabük (Black Sea region), and Hatay (southern).

President Erdoğan invites everyone to contribute to new constitution
Following the announcement of a possible new constitution, Turkey's president welcomed on Feb. 3 everyone who wish to contribute to drafting of the new constitution.
