The debate over parties and party systems emerges from time to time in critical political theory circles but also in broader public discussion.
That is because parties, the fundamental institutional form of political representation of social classes and groups, are in deep crisis.

Bulgaria: Election Campaign for Snap Parliamentary Elections on July 11, Has Started
The official campaign for the early parliamentary elections in Bulgaria began on June 11. The campaign will run until 24:00 hrs on July 9.
Bulgarians will be going to the polls on July 11, 2021 after the three biggest political powers elected in the April 4 regular parliamentary elections failed to form a government.
Election Campaign Kicks off in Bulgaria on 11 July
Campaigning officially opens Friday for the July 11 general elections in Bulgaria. The elections were scheduled by a presidential decree May 12 after a short-lived 45th National Assembly failed to form a government and the President had to dissolve it and form a caretaker government.
