Cells from pregnancy used to grow mini organs
Scientists have created miniorgans from cells floating in the fluid that surrounds a fetus in the womb - an advance they believe could open up new areas of prenatal medicine.
Miniorgans, or " organoids," are tiny simplified structures that can be used to test new medical treatments or study how the real organs they mimic work, whether they are healthy or diseased.

Baby abandoned in Thessaloniki

Young mother who killed newborn remanded
The 19-year-old woman who confessed to killing her newborn infant in Petroupoli, northwestern Athens, in February has been incarcerated pending trial, following a court decision on Tuesday.
The woman and her 54-year-old mother, who has also been remanded, were arrested last week.
