,,Do not hesitate to be more aggressive to invest in Bulgaria'', President Rumen Radev said to the representatives of Qatar at the Doha-Qatar-Bulgarian Business Forum.
    He noted the intense political dialogue between Bulgaria and the State of Qatar.
   ,,Our mission is to turn political cooperation into business cooperation with visible results'', Radev pointed out.

The Greece-Qatar Business Council is organizing a business mission to Qatar on May 1-3 on the occasion of the visit to Doha by Foreign Minister Giorgos Katrougalos.

The business mission is planned with the support of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Greece and Qatar, as well as the Qatar Chamber of Commerce & Industry (QCCI).

It appears that Greeks are starting to warm to the idea of Christmas holidays abroad again, with belt-tightening having prevented many from doing so over the years of the financial crisis. Qatar denied on April 23 that its military planes had intercepted a civilian aircraft from the United Arab Emirates the day before, states news agency QNA reported, saying a UAE military plane had violated its air space at the time.

DUBAI: Bahrain on Sunday announced it has discovered the largest oil and gas field in the history of the small kingdom, which unlike its Gulf neighbours is not energy-rich.

Iran has denied claims it rejected an emergency landing demand from the pilot of a Turkish jet that crashed in Iran while flying from the United Arab Emirates to Turkey. Eleven women were killed in the crash on March 11.

A private Turkish jet travelling from Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates to Istanbul has crashed in south-western Iran, Iranian state television and the Tasnim news agency reported on Sunday, citing aviation officials.
