This is the conclusion of an internal analysis that Juncker submitted to an unofficial EU summit in Tallinn last night, while referring to Serbia and Montenegro, Beta reported on Friday.

12 Terror Attacks Foiled in France This Year
Twelve terror plots have been thwarted in France since the start of the year, Interior Minister Gerard Collomb said Tuesday, warning that the threat remains "strong".
Among the previously unpublicized cases was a planned attack, foiled in May, on an air force training school in the southern town of Salon-de-Provence, the minister said, without giving details.

Vucic: No UN seat for Kosovo
ZAGUBICA - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said Monday he still "would not bet" on Kosovo becoming a UN member state.
