GUČA -- RS President Milorad Dodik was a guest of this year's Guča Trumpet Festival in western Serbia, that attracted over 400,000 visitors from the country and abroad.
The leader of the Serb entity in Bosnia-Herzegovina welcomed the audience, and the musicians competing in the final event on Sunday.

SARAJEVO - The government of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina (FBiH) declared a state of natural disaster Thursday after heavy rain that caused rivers to burst their banks and flood a large number of infrastructure and housing facilities and agricultural and other sites.
Mostar to Miss Bosnian Local Elections Again
Lawmakers of Bosnia's House of Representatives, one of two chambers of parliament, failed to adopt changes to the electoral law on holding elections in Mostar on Wednesday.
As a result, local elections expected in October will again have skip the ethnically divided city in southwest Bosnia.

Bosnia Given Deadline on Money Laundering Law
Moneyval, the Council of Europe's Committee of Experts on the Evaluation of Anti-Money Laundering Measures and the Financing of Terrorism, has given Bosnia an extended deadline until June to adopt a law on money laundering.
Samir Omerhodzic, member of the Bosnian delegation, said the country could be blacklisted unless the law was adopted by then.
