Ten people including Ejup Ganic, a Bosniak former political leader who was a member of Bosnia's presidency during the war, pleaded not guilty at the Bosnian state court on Tuesday to committing war crimes against prisoners of war and civilians in the controversial Dobrovoljacka Street case.

Trial chamber chairwoman Minka Kreho said a plea agreement on an indictment confirmed in January 2021 had now been accepted. 

Novica Tripkovic was found guilty of having raped two captured Bosniak girls in the Foca area between August 2 and 9, 1992.

The Appeals Court in Belgrade on Tuesday upheld Dalibor Krstovic's appeal and quashed the first-instance verdict convicting him of raping a female Bosniak prisoner while she was being detained at an elementary school in the Bosnian town of Kalinovik during the war in August 1992.
