Tsipras reversal draws Greek sympathy as party rumblings rise

"A Day with Yanis Varoufakis," a satirical post doing the rounds on social media, shows the Greek finance minister spending his waking hours feted by adoring fans. He goes to sleep and is jolted awake by a nightmare of German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble cackling.
SYRIZA cabinet meeting: 5 said 'No' , 3 blanks, 5 absent
A climate of support for the government handling of Greece's debt situation was prevalent during Wednesday's 12-hour cabinet meeting of the Radical Left Coalition (SYRIZA). This was confirmed late into the evening when the majority of deputies approved the agreement that Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis had made with Eurogroup.
Tsipras: “We turned requirements into reforms”
Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras spoke before his party’s parliamentary group and proceeded with a complete retelling of everything the government has done from the day it was elected, until the deal with the Eurogroup.
