Central bank sells EUR 60mn, Serbian currency up 0.5 pct
BELGRADE -- The steady slump of the Serbian dinar (RSD) will be halted on Monday, when its value against the euro (EUR) will go up by 0.5 percent, the NBS has said.
This puts the official middle exchange rate at RSD 1119.9474 for EUR 1.
Lamda Development and TAIPED sign Elliniko deal

After signing the 915-million-euro agreement with state sell-off fund TAIPED on Friday, Lamda Development can start preparing to implement its plans for the development of the capitals old international airport at Elliniko, southern Athens.
The deal is worth over 2 billion euros, including Lamdas investment.

Romania has posted the highest Q3, 2014 economic growth in the European Union, on a quarterly basis, according to preliminary estimates released on Friday by the Eurostat European Statistics Office.
Zagreb Mayor Released on Bail For 2 Million Euro
The mayor of the Croatian capital has been released from custody after a judge accepted an offer of 2 million euro in bail.
Earlier this month, Bandic offered a house worth around 750,000 euro for his release from detention.
Eleven others arrested in the same case have also been released from custody with bails ranging from 13,000 to 587,000 euro.

C-Bank: Changes to Deposit Insurance Bill Contravene Currency Board
The Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) has warned against proposals to amend the Law on Bank Deposits tabled by the socialist opposition.
In a statement to the media the BNB said Thursday the idea to secure additional money for the Bulgarian Deposit Insurance Fund to withstand a crisis is not in line with the principles of the currency board and also the rules of the European Union.

Euro exchange rate crosses RSD 120 mark
BELGRADE -- The Serbian dinar lost 0.4 percent of its value against the euro (EUR) on Thursday, despite the central bank selling EUR 30mn on the interbank exchange market.
The official middle rate has reached RSD 120.3918 for one euro, the NBS announced.
