State to offer 1.8 bln in 2017 to help SMEs
Fund disbursements by the state to the economy will exceed 1.8 billion euros this year, Alternate Economy Minister Alexis Haritsis said on Wednesday at the presentation of the European Investment Bank's second Trade Finance Facility (TFF) for Greece.

EIB offers more guarantee for SME imports, external trade
The European Investment Bank (EIB) is extending further support to Greek enterprises through the renewal of its program financing external trade and imports. The new trade finance facility worth 400 million euros will be presented on Wednesday at a special event in Athens.

Negre: EIB planning to invest around 375 mln euros in Serbia
BELGRADE - The European Investment Bank (EIB) will invest around 375 mln euros in Serbia, primarily in infrastructure, EIB Director for the Western Balkans Dubravka Negre said Monday.
She announced projects to modernise the Nis-Dimitrovgrad rail line and build a Nis bypass road and a gas interconnection between Serbia and Bulgaria.

EIB signs financing contract with Pancretan Bank
Pancretan Bank on Thursday signed a 50-million-euro contract with the European Investment Bank for the funding of small and medium-sized enterprises, in the context of the EIB's Jobs for Youth initiative.
