The Minister of Transport: We will Fine "Wizz Air" for Canceling Flights to Bulgaria
The low-cost airline "Wizz Air" has canceled its flights to Bulgaria, not to other countries, because there is a lack of control. This was explained by the Minister of Transport, Georgi Gvozdeikov, to "Nova TV". He specified that from now on, fines will be imposed on the carrier in such cases, and called on the victims to seek help directly from the ministry.
Great Britain is among the Most Popular Destinations for Bulgarians this Summer
This summer, most Bulgarians using Ryanair traveled to three main destinations, according to the company's data sent to the media. This applies to both families and solo travelers.
The company reports 16% growth in trips to Great Britain, 15% to Italy and 12% to Poland.
Especially for families, the first place in popularity is Poland, followed by Great Britain and Italy.

Britain's easyJet said on Sunday it was operating flights as normal to Rhodes but was closely monitoring the wildfires on the Greek island.

WizzAir launches a New Route from Bulgaria to Albania
The low-cost airline "Wizz Air" announced that it is launching a new direct route from Sofia to the Albanian capital Tirana. The flights will start from December 18, with three flights per week. The cheapest one-way ticket can currently be bought for 196 leva (around 100 euros) - without luggage.
