Ex Foreign Minister Solomon Passy Quits Bulgaria’s NDSV Party
Former Foreign Minister Solomon Passy has left liberal party NDSV (National Movement for Stability and Progress) and called for its dissolution.
According to a Twitter update of Passy, NDSV should be disbanded because it has accomplished its goals.

Mogherini meets with Dacic in Belgrade
BELGRADE - Italian Foreign Minister Federica Mogherini began her visit to Belgrade on Monday with a meeting with Serbian First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic.
Later in the day, Mogherini will confer with Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic, Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic, and Parliament Speaker Maja Gojkovic.
