Serbia Mulls New Kosovo Resolution

Stanislava Pak-Stankovic, an advisor to Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic, said on Thursday that a new parliamentary resolution on Kosovo was needed because "the circumstances in Serbia and the world have changed".

The changes include the establishment of a Kosovo army and the impending end of the mandate of the EU's rule-of-law mission in Kosovo, EULEX.

Bozovic: UNMIK, EULEX should solve Serbs' problems

BELGRADE, OSLO - Serbia's State Secretary for the Interior Vladimir Bozovic has said in Oslo that UNMIK and EULEX should be more committed to solving the problems of the Kosovo Serbs, as well as battling organized crime and corruption.

He visited Norway March 21-22 and met with State Secretary for Foreign Affairs Bard Glad.

Borchardt: Equality before the law for all people in KiM

PRISTINA - Head of the EULEX Mission in Kosovo-Metohija (KiM) Bernd Borchardt has said that there are no secret indictments in KiM, as the mechanism of secret indictments does not exist in the Kosovo legal system, adding that a democratic society has two basic principles - presumption of innocence and equality before the law.
