Greek police unveil new vehicles

Members of Greece's crime prevention unit (OPKE) are seen standing next to a new batch of police patrol vehicles unveiled Friday at the headquarters of the Hellenic Police (ELAS) in Athens. Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic on Thursday afternoon in Belgrade received the head of the EU rule of law mission in Kosovo, (EULEX), Alexandra Papadopoulou.

However, problems occurred when attempts were made to harmonize a statement about their meeting, the Serbian president's press service announced.

Kosovo court wants law on Trepca mining basin annulled

The Special Chamber of the Kosovo Supreme Court has requested the annulment of the Law on Trepca.

Kosovo-based broadcaster RTK is reporting that an EULEX (EU mission in Kosovo) first instance judge of the Supreme Court's Special Chamber found the law was "unconstitutional for two reasons, both based on fundamental rights that guarantee the property in Article 46 of the Constitution."
