Turkey's intel sharing meeting with EU held in Belgium
Turkish and EU officials on Friday held first ever meeting in Brussels to discuss about a probable intelligence sharing agreement with Europol, one of the 72 requirements for visa-free travel for Turkish citizen, according to diplomatic sources.
Turkey, EU to launch talks for Europol agreement
Turkey and the European Union Commission will launch talks on Nov. 30 for an agreement between Ankara and the European Police Service (Europol) which is one of the benchmarks for visa free travel for Turkish nationals.

GERB Deputy Chair Becomes Member of Europol Management Board
Tsvetan Tsvetanov, the Deputy Chairperson of GERB (majority partner in the ruling coalition), has become a member of Europol Management Board. There he will represent the Joint Parliamentary Scrutiny Group of the Agency. Tsvetanov's election to this position was made with full consensus by the delegations of all national parliaments and the European Parliament.
