Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said on Aug. 14 that Turkey was considering closing its embassy in Abu Dhabi and suspending diplomatic ties with the United Arab Emirates over its accord to normalize ties with Israel.
Serious Interest in Bulgarian Innovative Ideas at Dubai World Expo
8 Bulgarian companies took part in GITEX - the largest technology exhibition in the Middle East. It was held from 8 to 12 October at the World Trade Center in Dubai, UAE.
The Ministry of Economy and the Bulgarian Investment Agency (BAI) supported financially the Bulgarian start-up companies with space and stand during the exhibition.
Dubai: Rise in tourism to and fro, expected
Seventeen hotel businesses, including two tourism offices participated in the 22nd Arabian Travel Market in Dubai, according to a press release by the Greek consulate in the country.
The dynamics of tourism from the UAE, especially luxury tourism are considered important, since UAE citizens can now enter the Schengen Area without visas.
