Turkey's short-term foreign debt stock total at $140 bln
Turkey's short-term external debt stock - debt that must be paid in the next 12 months - reached $140.3 billion in January, according to official data on March 17.
The figure climbed 1.3% from the end of 2020, data from the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) showed.

Debt management agency to raise 4-8 bln euros from markets in 2020
Greece's Public Debt Management Agency (PDMA) is expected to raise between 4 and 8 billion euros in 2020, the agency said in a report released Tuesday, adding it will maintain the current level of cash reserves.
PDMA said state funding for next year will focus on the continuous presence in the international debt markets, accompanied by the reduction in debt stock.
Short-term foreign debt stock at $118B in October
Turkey's short-term external debt stock totaled $118 billion as of October, the country's Central Bank said on Dec. 16.
Debt maturing within the next 12 months rose 3.6 percent in October compared to the end of last year, the bank said in a statement.
