Ljubljana – The most successful Slovenian biathlete Jakov Fak has been appointed one of the ten ambassadors of International Biathlon Union’s (IBU) Biathlon Climate Challenge, an environmental project that aims to plant 100,000 trees as part of the IBU’s sustainability programme.

Fak (31) and Garnbret (19) were honoured for top international achievements last year and Bunčič and Urnaut for lifetime achievements as the EUR 9,000 prizes were conferred for the 54th time.
