Turkish president celebrates Nowruz
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on Mach 21 celebrated Nowruz and said his nation would continue to build a more prosperous, fairer and safer future.
In a statement issued by the Communications Directorate, Erdoğan said Nowruz is a symbol of hope, brotherhood and solidarity and it was celebrated in different geographies stretching from Central Asia to the Balkans.

Venice International Film Festival Begins
The 76th edition of the Venice International Film Festival begins.
The 76th Venice International Film Festival is organised by La Biennale di Venezia, and will take place at Venice Lido from August 28th to September 7th, 2019. The Festival is officially recognised by the FIAPF (International Federation of Film Producers Association).
