‘FETÖ members passed military exams with special code method’

 

In the operation in which 14 FETÖ members were arrested, mathematicians from Middle East Technical University (ODTÜ) have revealed that members of the organization entered military schools with a special code determined for each member.

Teams from Istanbul police's anti-terror branch carried out an operation against FETÖ members on March 21.

Former Turkish footballer arrested over FETÖ links

Former footballer Zafer Biryol, who was wanted for "being a member of an armed terrorist organization," has been caught in an operation against FETÖ's "football structure" in Istanbul's Büyükçekmece district.

He was found to attend the FETÖ's meetings, visit Fethullah Gülen, the ringleader of the organization, in 2006 and have an account in Bank Asya, a FETÖ-linked bank.

Nearly 550 FETÖ suspects detained across country: Minister

A total of 543 people with ties to FETÖ have been detained in operations in 59 provinces across the country, Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu has announced.

In the investigation launched by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the suspects were found to be providing financial assistance to FETÖ/PDY members and their families.

Four FETÖ suspects caught attempting to swim to Greece

Four FETÖ suspects trying to swim to the Greek islands have been caught by the coast guard teams in the Aegean province of Muğla's Bodrum district.

After the teams noticed, during the night patrol off Bodrum, that there were four suspects swimming in diving suits who were later found to be trying to go to the Greek islands illegally, were taken to the boat by the teams.

Nine FETÖ suspects nabbed in ops

 

Some nine people with ties to FETÖ, the group behind the 2016 defeated coup in Türkiye, have been nabbed in simultaneous operations in the country's four provinces.

Prosecutors in Istanbul issued warrants for the detention of some 11 suspects, accusing them of infiltrating the army.
