Clearing the uncertainty

The date of Greece's general elections should have already been announced. The country has been in campaign mode for weeks, which affects the work of ministers and the state.

Systemic risks to financial stability improving but remain elevated

Ljubljana – The general gravity of systemic risks to financial stability has been reduced as the economy has rebounded, but there are elevated risks stemming from the housing market and the long-term profitability of banks, according to the central bank’s latest Financial Stability Review.

Low, medium-risk provinces to be allowed to ease curbs first

Provinces in Turkey classified under low and medium risk groups will be the first ones to be allowed to start easing COVID-19-related restrictions as the country is preparing to return to normal life in March.

The country's 81 provinces will be categorized as low, medium, high and very high risk based on infection rates and the vaccination process as well as other criteria.
